Updated the TOS and other stuff.

I'm getting closer to opening commissions again, so before I open things up completely, I felt I needed to update the Terms of Service and other things.

I learn a lot whenever I do commissions, and there are things I like and don't like, and there are people that do things I have to either clarify, encourage, or discourage. It's a big learning game for me and everyone. I'm all for it.

I love giving the fish to all the happy orcas and dolphins, but when some of them get too excited and bump the boat, you got to patch up all the holes. Don't let the water burn out the engine. And when it's all done, get back up there and give the fish again!
