TOS Updates and Asshole Storytime

I just made a few changes to the TOS. Nothing major or big, just a few clarifications and extra details. Some of the stuff I had to emphasize and adjust were my refund policy and my 18+ section. That's because I recently almost got screwed by a dickhead loser, once again.

This person, whom I will not name, has been a pain in the ass when he first approached me. He originally asked for an NSFW commission with his remora character, taken straight from a video game or animation. I didn't think much about him at first, but the way that he was typing, using a heavy amount of emojis, set off alarms in my head. I was suspicious, so I asked to see his ID. He then proceeded to dodge and dance around my request, which made me even more suspicious. He finally admitted he was 17 and I blocked him instantly.

A year later, he submitted a commission form to me once again for a colored sketch. It sucks ass that you can't block people from Google Forms. In the request, he apologized for what he did and hoped he can make things up. The moment I found out it was him, I was about to immediately throw his request into the garbage since I blacklisted him. But due to poor sales that month, I had no choice but to somewhat forgive him and take his request. He was 18 after all, and he did show me his ID.

I finished his little sketch and sent it over to him on Telegram. I saw that he looked at it, then he immediately blocked me and deleted the entire conversation. He then comes back a week later through FA, telling me he "didn't get what he wanted" and asked for a complete refund. I have no idea why he didn't tell me this the moment he saw it on Telegram. He could've simply requested me to change the sketch to his liking, which I could've done with no problem at all, but nope. My only guesses are he's either really awful at communication, or he was actively trying to scam me for free art. He only gave me one poorly written sentence for his request, and that's all I had to work with, so of course he wasn't going to get what he wanted. My responsibility as the artist was to draw whatever he had written and described, it's not my job to ask questions and request more details from him, and if he fails to be descriptive and gets something he didn't expect, that is 90% his fault.

So I refunded only 50% of his commission, and politely gave him some choice words before blocking and banning him for good this time. I know both his FA and Telegram names, but I won't name him here since he doesn't deserve the attention. If you see or meet anyone with a remora character, and he gives you a screenshot from some kind of movie or video game as a reference, I would recommend you stop hanging out with him and just block him. I bet he has other characters too, so if you see someone using an emoji in every single sentence and referring to you as "sir" or "ma'am", that's probably him.
