Updates to the TOS

I decided to make a few important changes to the TOS. Nothing too major, just a few clarifications to existing terms and a new section on using my original characters in commission requests. That's important information to include because I learned there's people out there who not only like to use my characters without my permission, but also like to think they own my characters and control their canon too. Not cool.

My TOS has been getting ridiculously long because there's so many ways people out there can screw you over online. Realistically, the TOS page is just going to keep getting longer in the future as I continue to experience more and more BS. I'm starting to feel really bad making clients read it from top to bottom, so I decided to include a "Key Takeaways" section all the way at the bottom. It's pretty much a summary of my TOS so that way people don't have to read the whole damn thing. I don't know why I didn't think of it earlier.
